Retro Born Ima: ABUAD media dinner 2014

Hello everyone!!!! So, this is my first blog post and I know exactly where to start. The last time I got all dressed up and glammed up for an occasion was two months ago. I know, what a boring life I live. So, this occasion was a departmental dinner, my departmental dinner in Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti in Nigeria. My dress was from Nouva Couture (IG: nouvacouture). Although I got these negative Nigerian vibes of being over dressed for the event, I was really comfortable and felt really Disney-like. Lol. For my hair, I went for the Bantu knot into a fro-punk which didn't come out as I wanted, so tagged as a FAIL. Apart from the gold earrings, I didn't have any other accessory on likewise shoes. Yes! I said shoes. I sent my sandal platforms back to my dorm because I could barely move with them. I was saved by the length of my dress and gathered a great amount of germs on my feet too. Lol. It was an awesome night!
